Directions
Place the middle three fingers of one hand across the inside of the opposite wrist, with the third finger aligned with the wrist crease. Locate the Nei-Kuan point beneath the index finger between the two central tendons, then position the band's button over this point. Repeat on the other wrist; one band should be worn on each wrist.
