Directions

Brush twice daily and no more than three times per day. Minimise swallowing and spit out after brushing. For fast relief, brush sensitive areas first or apply a pea-sized amount to a clean fingertip and gently rub onto each sensitive area for one minute, up to twice per day, before brushing. Always follow the label directions.
