Directions
Wash your hands and the disc before use. Pinch the disc into a figure-eight shape, insert it fully towards the tailbone and tuck the front rim behind the pubic bone. Remove after no more than 12 hours by hooking a finger into the removal notch and gently pulling the disc out.
Warnings & Storage
Sanitise before first use and before or after each menstrual cycle by boiling for 4–5 minutes or following the manufacturer's approved sanitising method. During use, clean at least once every 12 hours with cold water followed by hot water and a mild, fragrance-free, oil-free cleanser. This product is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
