Ingredients / Composition
The Diabetone tablet contains L-carnitine, vitamins A, C, D3 and E, B vitamins, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium and iodine. The Cinafen tablets contain cinnamon bark extract, fenugreek seed extract, thiamin and chromium. The vitamin E is derived from soya.

Directions
Take one Diabetone tablet from the purple blister and two Cinafen tablets from the dark red blister each day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink without chewing. Take on a full stomach and do not exceed the recommended intake.
