Ingredients

Multivitamin tablet ingredients include maltodextrin, magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin C, L-carnitine tartrate, zinc sulphate, ferrous fumarate, niacin, tomato extract, vitamin E, vitamin B6, beta-carotene, thiamin, vitamin D3, pantothenic acid, manganese sulphate, vitamin A, riboflavin, chromium, copper, coenzyme Q10, folic acid, iodine, selenium, biotin and vitamin B12. Omega-3 capsule ingredients include Omega-3 fish oil, gelatin, glycerin, orange flavouring and vitamin E.

Directions
